Orders and Payments
Once you place an order, it’s taken as an intent to buy. Orders aren’t considered final until we’ve received the payment and sent you a confirmation email. All prices are mentioned in INR (₹) unless noted otherwise.
Jojo Kids reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion—for example, if a product goes out of stock suddenly, or there’s an error in pricing. If payment has already been made, we’ll issue a full refund in such cases.

We try to ensure that product descriptions, sizes, colors, and materials listed on the site are accurate, but slight differences may happen. Every screen shows colors a bit differently, so we can’t guarantee exact match of shades in photos versus real-life.
Being a baby garments manufacturer in Kolkata, we update designs often. Some prints or trims may vary slightly from what’s shown, especially during large bulk baby clothes orders. You’ll be notified of any major changes before dispatch.
