At Jojo Kids, we try hard to ship your orders as quick and smooth as possible. Whether you’re buying for personal use or placing a bulk order, we treat every parcel with the same care. Once your order’s confirmed, we’ll start prepping it for dispatch right away.
Most orders are shipped within 2–4 business days. But during peak season or big sale days, it might take a bit longer. You’ll always get a tracking link on your email once the package is handed over to the courier. If you didn’t receive one, reach out at archeescreation@yahoo.co.in – we’ll help right away.
Shipping timelines vary depending on where you live. Orders within India usually reach within 4 to 8 working days from dispatch. Remote locations, though, might take slightly longer. For bulk baby clothes suppliers or wholesale buyers, we usually send consignments via reputed logistics partners with tracking and insurance options.
We don’t do overnight shipping or one-day delivery, at least not yet. Our focus is more on accuracy and item safety. In case your package is delayed beyond 10 working days, do notify us. We’ll follow up directly with the shipping partner and provide updates.

For bulk orders, our team may offer discounted or flat-rate shipping depending on your location and the weight of the cartons. But do note, any customs duties or local taxes for international shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
In case your order arrives damaged, wrong, or something’s missing—get in touch as soon as possible. We might ask you to share some photos and do a quick verification before arranging a replacement or refund. All shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
