You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and still in its original packaging. We only allow exchanges for defective or damaged items. Just email us at {email address} and we’ll sort it for you. Make sure not to wear or wash the item before returning, else we can’t accept it.

Orders usually ship out within 2–4 business days. Delivery within India can take anywhere from 4 to 8 working days, depending on your location. If you’re ordering wholesale, or outside of India, delivery timelines may vary based on courier and customs. We always send a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Yes, we do accept orders from outside India, especially for wholesale baby clothes India exports. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on your country. We make clothes for newborns up to 5 years old. Sizes include 0–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–12 months, 1–2 years, and up to 5T in most product categories. If you’re buying wholesale, you can request size-wise distribution based on your customer base. Just let us know what works best for your store.

Mostly 100% cotton. Some styles use RN cotton, muslin, or cotton blends for better comfort and durability. All materials are baby-safe, non-toxic, and pre-washed in most cases to avoid shrinkage later. We avoid synthetic stuff unless clearly mentioned in the product description.

Yes—but only if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once your package is dispatched, cancellation won’t be possible. If you need to cancel, mail us at {email address} quickly after placing the order. For bulk orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders need to be prepaid via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or wallet payments. It helps reduce fake orders and ensures a smoother delivery process.
