Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. If it’s been more than 30 days, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer any return, refund, or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with original packaging and tags still attached. If the item looks worn, washed, or tampered with—we may not approve the return.
You’ll need to contact us before sending anything back. Just drop an email at {email address} and we’ll guide you on how to return the parcel. Once we receive your item and check that it’s all good, we’ll process your refund or exchange based on what you prefer. Return shipping costs will be at your expense unless the product had a defect from our side.
We do not accept returns on innerwear or clearance-sale items unless it arrived damaged or faulty.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only allowed before your order has been dispatched. Once it leaves our warehouse, we can’t cancel it. If you placed an order by mistake or want to cancel for any reason, email us at {email address} as soon as possible—don’t wait. The faster we hear from you, the higher chance we’ll be able to stop the dispatch.
If your order’s already been packed and shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then request a return under our return policy. In that case, return shipping charges will apply.
For bulk baby clothes suppliers or wholesale orders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After production starts, we can’t cancel the order due to the scale of materials involved.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived broken, stained, or was the wrong product altogether—please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We’ll usually ask for photos and may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue. We take extra care during packing, but courier damage can sometimes happen, and we’re always ready to assist.
