Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Jojo Kids. But sometimes, things go sideways. If you’re not happy, we’re here to sort it. Read below for how our returns and refund policy works.

30-Day Return Window

You got 30 days from the date of your order to send something back. Past that—unfortunately, no full refunds or exchanges will be possible. 

To be okay for return, the item must be unused, in same condition you received it. It should be packed in original packaging too. We can’t take back items with visible wear, missing tags, or washed stuff – even once. 

We don’t take back innerwear or undergarments due to hygiene reasons. That’s fixed.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we get your return, our team checks it. If all looks good, we’ll notify you by email and let you know if refund’s approved or not. 

Approved refunds will go straight back to your original method of payment—credit card, bank account, UPI – within few days. Sometimes banks take bit longer, that’s out of our hands. 

You’ll get a refund email from us when it’s done on our side.

Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting on your refund? Here’s what to try:

  1. Recheck your bank statement.

  2. Then reach out to your credit card company—they may have delay in posting.

  3. Still stuck? Contact your bank directly; some processing lags happen.

If you’ve done all this but still no refund, ping us at archeescreation@yahoo.co.in. We’ll double check on our end.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they’re damaged or defective. Same product, no style switch. If you need an exchange, mail us at archeescreation@yahoo.co.in and send the item to: FB-69 Narayan Tala Road (West) Baguiati Kolkata Wb In 700059. 

Please don’t send anything before contacting us first. Return without email confirmation may be rejected.
